Repair Work:

You are entitled to a price estimate for repairs you have authorized. The repair price may be less than the estimate, but will not exceed the estimate without your permission. Your signature on a written work order will indicate your estimate selection. Expert Ent. Ltd. and it’s employees are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control.

Upon completion of work you have one week to pick-up your vehicle or storage charcges can be applied per day. One month after completion of work your vehicle will be considered abandoned and title-search procedures will commence for sell of vehicle.

Service Area:

Due to insurance purposes we do not allow any customers in the service areas for their own safety. We provide a customer waiting area in front for your convenience.

Parts:

Please present your receipt in order to exchange and/or refund parts within 30 days (non-electrical only). There is no refund on electrical parts, they are purchased AS-IS.
